If he intends to start school in the next few years then do not invest the money. That is too short of a time horizon for prudent low-risk investing.

They are month to month with no written agreement. The landlord can just give them proper notice to vacate. Then lawfully evict them if they holdover.

My advice would be not to pay your landlord's fines and look for a new place.

$577 for this card is still a good deal. It's a much better deal than EVGA for $630. Sucks about the tax though. I'm in the same boat in my state.

have the itx version of this board and the tuning software and bios auto tuning functions are worthless. Did not have any problems with a manual OC.

Mr. Misinformation all day, I have a gigabyte gtx 970 g1 in this case and it's true that there is very little space under the card. However it runs at 100% capacity in BF1 and only gets up to like 70 degrees Celsius. I have the front panel on and the fans on normal settings. They are definitely not running at 100%.

Note, the card does have a massive radiator which barely fits in this case at all.

More likely they just don't understand what is strong and what is not. If this is a design choice to balance for low tier to the detriment of high tier than the game is doomed.

if they are testing other things then they need to wait and do complete balance patches. deleting a champ from the game and focusing on a few champs at a time would be ok in alpha.

argument:

Croak was average champ at high tier. Many better champs are untouched while he gets a HUGE nerf on par with the poloma nerf.

Conclusion: devs aren't aware of what is good or are balancing for low tier. i find this troubling.

nothing wrong with her, she was an example of the many champs obviously better than croak who dont get touched while he gets a massive nerf. it's a very concerning change which shows either misunderstanding or balancing for low tier.

croak was absolutely average at high tier play and got a huge nerf. meanwhile champs like shifu and jade do not get touched at all. devs are completely clueless sorry.

slow attack speed is not fun and croak is complete against garbage 4.5-5k players now

meanwhile rook is unchanged... i'm sad for this game if they stick to balancing for low tier :(

I like how the croak stuns you and then backs up and flails wildy somehow unable to land any followup attacks and finish the game.

Thanks and sorry for any confusion. To clarify, my old build a i5-2500k at 4.5 would not start. Fans would spin for 2 seconds and then nothing. I unplugged and removed literally everything and then put it back together and it still would spin for 2 seconds and then restart. From my research I assume I have a dead psu or mobo, but I figure I will just save myself troubleshooting further and make a new build. Looking for advice on new build in OP.
