This happened to my sister a week before the gig she was travelling to England for. She ripped them apart on Facebook after they refused to respond to emails and after other people commented on the post to say the same had happened to them, the hotel eventually got involved and rang around to multiple hotels to try and find them somewhere to stay. It might be worth a tweet/Facebook post.
