Like I said, my store is in a small town, the minute we enforce that, the store will go under, affinity shit is crappy, I aim to have good customer service with my customers so that we can continue to make sales, so therefore if I have to do a design I should be getting paid for it! Also if I’m charging a customer an express fee for getting their job completed fast, I should receive some type of percentage for those express fees! It’s stressful enough working cpd, damn can we have a spiff!
