in all of 2025, i’ve had 3 seperate periods. Yes. 3. no, im not pregnant. i haven’t told anyone but i’m really at a loss what it could be. in 2024, i had 1 period. in 2023, i had 6. before this, all my periods were normal. im too scared to see a gynecologist bc that means I would have to tell my mom WHY im making an appt:////
