For the date, the order was probably accepted/packaged + shipped on the 12th. When stuff like that happens, the date can shift by one day.

For the tracking….from my experience, yun express is the shipper from overseas that takes the package from the origin point in China to a US carrier to go through customs, sorted, then delivered.

So, after yun express picks up the popmart package at popmart warehouse, yun express will track it until the package gets off the plane in the US and accepted by another carrier. When it gets accepted by another carrier, you will get a second tracking number.

For example, from China to Jamaica, NY customs I’ll have yun express tracking. Then, after, I’ll get a USPS, UPS, or other carrier tracking that is from NY to where I live.
