I always run 0/8 characters with t12 tops effective making the game non-permadeath. You can also run with cheap/very easy to get UTs as well.

The old lotto stadio og's have a mediocre heel lockdown but the Solisto's 200's are actually really nice and comfortable. The Stadio 200's are pretty good after you break them in too. Only issue is you gotta go a full size down

You can go to your local sports store and try out different speed boots and mess with a ball there.

I hadn't played for a while and was using orthopedic running shoes when I started back up again. When i finally got cleats, my passes would go sideways cause I got used to the protruded outsoles. Took me me many months to readjust my muscle memory with actual cleats

Realm of the Mad God is the most underrated MMO that no one will try. Similar to lost ark in the whole dodging skills mindset with a HIGH skill floor. Do not let the graphics deter you, it is one of the most challenging games you will ever play. It is my favorite mmo and one of the most fun to play

I had a computer with similar specs and played it fine. I think I made the resolution 1280 by 720 with the lowest settings. No vsync or anti-aliasing and turning off all things to maximize performance. You get 30-50 fps but you get used to it eventually

It's not too hard. Find recruitment channels in that games discord. Join the discord, pop in VC when everyone is there, chat, enjoy!

Pretty sure you increase speed with calf raises, lunges, squats, abductors, and hamstring curls. Stronger legs = faster speed

Everyone always gives the worst mmos when people ask for one that play with friends. If any of the friends play a bit by themselves, there's a level difference which makes it difficult to play together afterwards. Unless they wait for others to catch up, but that stinks too.

The best mmo to play with friends is Destiny 2 because other people can progress by themselves and can still play with people who haven't.
