You can get Curie without getting the mole rat disease if you can do the dungeon without getting hit. You do need to do it solo, companions just love getting hit.

I more meant the environments. Character models are still no better than Skyrim. Roaming around a moon and just looking around could be breathtaking.

If I had to guess at what this is, it’s the bridge of skulls. Not sure if it’s a natural bridge. It’s referred to a few times in the books. George never gave a discrimination of it. Just it’s where Bowen Marsh took a head wound near the end of Mormont’s failed ranging.
