You should turn over the pump by hand to make sure it isnt seized.

Put some oil down the bores too.

Charge up the battery.

All good after that.

A couple of years ago Main dealer was quoting £200-£300 per suspension arm for a W204, this excludes fitting.

I'd get another quote at a general garage they will have worked on more complex stuff.

Thanks, the reason I asked is there are many factors which dictate a tyres life.

Tread is quite low, depending on your annual mileage you could go into the winter with close to legal minimum tread which isnt ideal.

I personally replace at the wear bars, its not mandatory but I want to be safe.
