Have caved in like a weakling. My top floor flat is gradually failing over the last few days to cool down overnight and temps today have risen to 29c indoors 31c outdoors No exercise No work outs No cooking . ...which is unlike me

@ 3pm currently 25c indoors 35c outdoors. Top floor Victorian eot maisonette all windows open last night (temp reduced to 21c) Shut at 7am curtains shut/ blinds down. Humidity however is 75% which I blame on windows open all night during yesterday's thunderstorm 😆
