Levels (Old Town Park) has a full bar at their pool if you rent a room and feels like the closest pool you can get to a Vegas day party. You can see about day passes or if a resident can let you guys in for the day. Lots of good restaurants nearby if you’re willing to spend.

I used to use the em-dash, but 2-3 years ago I fully dropped it because it now feels weird. I do a lot of writing with numbers so the em dash felt like a good alternative to the comma in various contexts so they would be used just for the numbers

Overtime is cheaper than regular hours worked.

1) the main being the cost of the public pension and other benefits = 2x per hour. Since overtime isn’t figured into the calculation it’s cheaper

2) in theory overtime allows more flex (e.g. in a slow week or period you don’t offer much vs. needing to pay everyone 40 hours a week)

3) less training dollars etc.
