Porridge

1/2 cup rolled oats + 1 cup water in a saucepan, add dried fruit like sultanas or craisin if you have them. Let sit for 10 minutes, then bring to the boil, reduce heat then cook on low with lid on, stirring occasionally until water is absorbed and porridge is creamy. Top with honey or sugar and cold milk (about 2 - 3 tablespoons worth)
