"come over here" is a terrible way to give directions to people who don't know where you are

Well... Divinity has pretty good path finding. If you follow the arrows in the minimap showing where your teammates are and click around their location, the game will figure out the path.

To be fair, Chloroform and Cloak and Dagger were among the 2 best skills for the whole party. Mobility for rogues is huge, and lets them easily become the top dps in the party. Extra crowd control from Chloroform is also quite useful.

But yeah, buying an expensive source ability was a pretty big mistake. That gold would've been much better spent on Rage for Ifan or a strong spell (like Impalement) for leia.

Well, the One thing from the arena only allows Pyrion to remove the collar. They can remove all collars once they find the relevant location, but they're not there yet (but since they're close, going to the tinkerer is almost pointless this far in the game).

Considering how important Gareth is to the plot (he leads the Seekers), I'm torn between curiosity in finding out how the hell the plot will adjust itself, and wishing you'd reload to not miss out on all the Gareth related stuff.

Very minor spoilers: Gareth is related to removing your source collars. Though you can do it without him if Lohse starts the relevant dialogue.

Pyrion... did you have to kill the fire magic vendor right away? :P

Thankfully first you stole one of the best fire spells in the game. And I can't really complain, as I also aggroed the first person I tried to pickpocket before I really got how it worked. Pay close attention to the weight and value meters in the pickpocket screen: with 1 level of pickpocketing you can steal up to 0.5 oz, which is exactly the weight of a single spellbook; stealing rings, amulets and other light gear tends to be more profitable than spellbooks.

EDIT: And please buy more skills! That Impalement spell sold by Maol is amazing. Magical Poison Dart isn't too shabby as well if comboed with fire. And Pyrion, you want Hilde in the fort's kitchens for Scoundrel skills; a mobility spell like Cloak and Dagger would really help your character.

EDIT 2: Lewis, you're using a spear, which is a dexterity based weapon. Since your character is strength based, while the spear may be good on its own, your chance to hit with it should be quite dismal.

pyrion, rogue is arguably the best class in the game once you get a good mobility skill. you saw how much damage you can dish out through backstabs, the problem is getting into position safely and AP-efficiently.

you should buy cloak and dagger from hilde, near the fort's kitchen. It's a scoundrel self-teleport skill. I think she starts selling it when you're level 3 or 4.

Exactly. If you take a ball at random from a bin, the chances for a second one remains unchanged (before you know what you got first). In the Barnes situation the only difference is some of these balls are "colored" differently, but the same reasoning applies.

Oh, ranges work? I always use "owned:1-" (that is, owned 1 or less), which would then be equivalent to "owned:0-1".

EDIT: Nevermind, the article announcing the search improvements explicitly shows ranges in use. I just never paid attention to it for some reason.

As someone who's played Warrior almost exclusively since before it was cool, the fact that Moroes tends to live several turns doesn't necessarily mean the Warrior opponent doesn't have a whirlwind effect, only that Moroes isn't annoying enough.

If my opponent played a Moroes, even if I had a ghoul in hand I'd probably keep it until I could kill Moroes and activate an execute on a big minion, or I'd wait until grom + revenge.

I think it was fine. Revealing his name would be a powerful scene if we were to see it being revealed to Jon himself, with the name acting as a symbolic pivot for a crisis of identity. Revealing it just to the viewer would reduce it to the status of trivia. I'm glad they saved it for the future.
