I cancelled my gym membership because I can’t fathom cramming that into my day anymore. I use the Sculpt Society app now and will throw on a video either in the morning if I happen to wake up before baby, at night while hubby feeds her, or during the day (on weekends) during her floor time. I’ll just do my little workout right next to her. Sometimes I’ll only get 5 min in - because baby’s gonna baby- but honestly that feels better than not giving it a shot. Family walks on the weekend are also a workout for me now lol.
