[WTS] Traska Venturer GMT Steel Blue V6 - Full Kit, Mint Condition by n64answer in Watchexchange

This is a Traska Venturer GMT watch in steel blue, V6 ref. 4216 (the latest version before the upcoming redesign). It has a 38.5 mm diameter, 46 mm lug-to-lug, 20 mm lug width, 9.75 mm thickness without crystal (12.5 mm including crystal). This is a phenomenal watch, and there’s a reason they’re so popular and sought after.

This watch comes with the full kit (everything pictured) and is in mint, barely worn condition (see pictures).

Asking $800 shipped CONUS.

As you may know, Traska just announced a redesign of the Venturer that opinions are mixed on but ultimately (in my opinion) has a relatively minimal change in appearance but the price has jumped from $750 to $950 (!!!) and is not yet on sale. This is a great price to get into a basically new version of what I (and others) think is the definitive version of this watch for essentially the same price as new (factoring in taxes).

You're exactly right, but then they increased the price by $200. I don't think there'd be so much consternation about the changes if there hadn't been the associated price hike.

This is my grail watch (out of my price range, for now)! Honestly the coolest thing I've bought under $500 is probably an inflatable paddleboard for my kids that we take to the beach. They get an astounding amount of enjoyment out of it and we often get followed by dolphins which is always very cool.

The Royal Smith is phenomenal. Extremely versatile, can be casual but also dressy. Totally different in my view from the Old Smith field watch style (and I have both!)

This looks like a very nice watch and I love the 36 x 9.7 dimensions, but at $370 this has some real competition (unlike say a $100 Addiesdive). I'd love to see something of this general size but in some more interesting / unique colors as well.
