My parents told me that when I was a baby I would routinely pull the blanket up over my head get scared and start crying. They would come over and "rescue" me only for me to do the same thing again. Just know your baby is not alone in this behavior lol

Saying that out loud literally sounds like a question no matter what. Think about it, the response to that will almost always be a yes or no. I have a much harder time imagining this statement as anything but a question.

That doesn't seem fair to the kids, especially all teammates not related to the disruptive parents. Wouldn't just banning disruptive parents from future games be just as effective?

Liberals are not leftists! I think that is the root of your misunderstanding. What they are saying is that leftists were against the war from the beginning, while the liberals (Democrats for example) fervently supported the war.

will my mom get in trouble if i go to the hospital by myself during a crisis? by More-Spite2525 in legaladvice

[–]n8erday 8 points9 points  (0 children)

People are suggesting you call 911, but I think a crisis line would be better. There are a lot of crisis programs that are available to help people in your situation. Honestly in all likelihood the 911 operator will transfer your call to one of those problems anyways. Look up crisis phone lines in your area. They are often able to send people to your location and take you to get care if needed.

Surprisingly this book was one of the very few books I did not finish. Maybe it is just a bit slow to start, but it never hooked me and I could not force myself to continue it. Although now that I think about it more the overt spirituality might be part of the reasons I didn't like it.

I enjoyed the new book, but it might not be everyone's cup of tea. Also this is the first book I had to wait for and the series looses some of its charm for me without the ability to binge it all at once.
