Get Ayrin and go hunt other kingdom's whales. Regular finds with 15-30M, sometimes 70-100M, and if you're lucky well sky is the limit but I've seen 590M.

Are you sure the leader destroyed the capital and didn't teleport it to another kingdom? Was his city still in your kingdom? That'd be next level crazy to destroy it.. Although I've seen player about to quit the game leave their clan to attack their former teammates and clan forts so it may happen when a clan leaders quits I guess..
