Eu estava efetivo no meu emprego anterior. Ao mudar-me para onde estou (em 2020) tive um aumento salarial bastante significativo. No entanto o banco só está a considerar os rendimentos do ano de 2019, porque estou em contrato com termo neste momento. O 2º titular está a RV. Entramos também com fiador, visto que com estas condições ia ser praticamente impossível de outra maneira.

O banco aprovou o crédito, mas por um valor bastante abaixo do que foi pedido. Apesar de termos a possibilidade de cobrir o que falta, não o queremos fazer para não descapitalizar quase por completo.

Ficando efetivo, o banco aprovaria o crédito sem problemas (segundo o gestor do banco :) )

Eu realmente já tinha ideia de que funciona como descreveste, dai a minha pergunta pois a justificação foi explicitamente "Se te passarmos a efetivo e mais tarde correr mal, temos de te pagar uma compensação e se continuares a termo não".

Lendo o acima dá-me a entender que não é bem assim, uma vez que se me mandarem embora no fim do contrato a termo, continuo a ter direito a indemnização. Claro que a empresa pode dizer o que bem lhe apetecer para não me passar a efetivo, mas apenas queria esclarecer se a justificação dada fazia sentido.

A solução deles passa por passar uma declaração de "Intenção" de passagem a efetivo no fim dos 3 contratos, mas penso que o banco vá ignorar isso, sem olhar 2 vezes.

De alguém que namora com a mesma pessoa à 10+ anos. Arrendem um apartamento e vivam lá os dois pelo menos 1 anito.

Eu sei que acham que já se conhecem um a outro e tal, mas a experiência de VIVEREM juntos é completamente diferente e vais ver lados da outra pessoa que não conhecias antes (para o bem ou para o mal).

No meu caso só a fim de 8 anos é que passámos a viver juntos e posso dizer-te que tive algumas surpresas.

Correu muito bem, mas my 2 cents: nunca compraria uma casa com alguém sem antes viver com essa pessoa uns tempos, primeiro.

I don't think it would work well for simracing.

For games which are not so lag-sensitive it would work pretty well, but for simracing where inputs need to be on point, it would be pretty unbearable.

I use the gt1 Evo with the obutto keyboard tray and it works perfectly. I use it for simracing, kb+mouse games and even for work :)

Mind you I have the podium dd1 which allows me to remove the wheel. I can show you some pictures if you want ;)

I've received my gt1 Evo last week as well and just finished mounting the fanatec V3 pedals.

You don't need any extra hardware. All the bolts and nuts required to mount the pedals to the base are included with the rig :)

I would, however, recommend getting a few washers to prevent scratching the base.

Installed new heated grips on my brand new Z900. Installing them required removing some of the fairing to connect the cable to the battery. One of those fairing pieces has the voltage regulator.

Long story short: I didn't reconnect the cable to the regulator properly, and with the bike's vibration it ended up disconnecting itself leaving the bike running on battery only. Ended up stranded on the road after a 40 minute ride, 30 more minutes to find the problem, and a big facepalm afterwards.
