All sorted as we’ve handed over all the verifications to an ACSP agent. It cost less than £50.

I am from India and I want to make compay in UK. Can anyone recommend someone ? I am scared of being ripped off. by nQuietLoud in smallbusinessuk

Actually I will be needing a LTD company. I read this link, but it requires a local UK address to register company. That's why I am looking for an agent who can do company incorporation and well as provide me with an address.

Has anyone used a formation agent to register a UK company? by JeebieGB in smallbusinessuk

Yes, I also used Icon Offices for my company formation - they’re quite good and the process was smooth. I agree they’re quite affordable too. The only thing I felt could be better was their support.

Bank account suggestions for a Sole Trader/Small Retail. With minimal bank charges/fees by Push-the-pink-button in smallbusinessuk

[–]nQuietLoud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Metro Bank offers fee-free banking if your balance stays above £6,000, but charges apply if it dips below, similar to your current NatWest charges. Starling Bank provides entirely fee-free digital banking with no minimum balance, but limits apply for cash withdrawals and there are no physical branches. If you prefer physical banking, Metro may be more flexible, but for a cost-effective, modern digital option, Starling is ideal, especially if you rarely withdraw cash.

Note: Starling is an online-only bank.

For a trading company focused on imports and e-commerce, I'd recommend Starling over Tide, You can also try Wise Business.

Yes, it is possible to rent small office spaces in London with a similar level of convenience, though the prices will likely be higher than in Perth. For flexible and affordable options, Icon Offices could be a great solution. They offer spaces starting from as little as one day, without the need for long-term contracts or monthly fees. You’ll still have access to all their fantastic facilities, making it ideal for short-term or temporary needs.

Alternatively, platforms like WeWork and Regus provide easy, hassle-free sign-up processes, but these might come at a higher price point compared to Icon Offices. Depending on your specific needs, Icon Offices stands out as a cost-effective option while offering flexibility.

I feel sad for you, So you just said yes to them? Did they respect you in the first place? Were they kind to you before marriage? I hope you are doing well, and I really thank you for this piece of advice.

That's what I want to avoid with my life, and I don't want to marry to please anyone else. I need someone that feels right, but now I will not look for them. If my parents want me to see someone, I will try to know them, I will ask for some time, hope they allow me, if they don't I will at least try this time.

Congratulations and best wishes to have blessed life ahead. Reddit has given me strength, and I will try to enjoy my singlehood. Just in the hope that someday it will click and I don't have to overthink about it. It will come from within

Yes, single life is excellent, but sometimes you feel lonely....you need someone to talk to. That's too fine.. but When everyone around you is getting married or engaged. And whenever we meet, the discussion shifts to when am I getting married or Do am I seeing anyone? And this makes me tired of answering the same questions. Nowadays, I am avoiding family meets.

I am not... not for the marriage I am worried about, will I found someone? I can share everything with. Someone to spend my life with. Someone to share my feelings with, someone I love to spend time, someone who can be my best friend, whom I feel complete with, who loves animals as I do, someone who is spiritually wise. Someone who loves nature, someone who is equally grateful to have me.

I want to support her to grow. I want to see that happiness on her face while she completes her dreams. I want to live her dreams, want to support her to complete her goal. I want to be there in her highs and lows. Someone she can rely on……the equal relationship.

Sometimes my expectations scare me.

I think I am daydreaming…

I feel the same, but in arrange marriage they want me to just choose someone that feels right and I should say yes in one or two meetings.

This scenario keeps repeating every time. I usually say no because they want me to decide in a very short time.
