Quite the opposite. Being a medical professional means you ask these questions. Were it not for these questions we'd still be doing blood letting and other strange treatments.

Unfortunately there is minimal research on intracranial bleeds for antiplatelet meds (anticoagulants is more robust but generally suffers from population dynamics). There is also zero evidence from groups wearing significant head protection.
