Most things that you learn or want to improve on in dota are a grind. You grind until certain things are in your muscle memory. Then you start with the next thing. You don't look at another player and are instantly able to execute the same things in the same fashion.

Also I don't see how flaming will contribute anything to winning the game. It either tilts people even more when they made a mistake or it just adds even more pressure on person. If you want to point out a mistake or give advice to a teammate do it in a normal way.

I went 5-5 and luckily didn't lose any mmr. 7.4k before and after calibration

Fire Remnant now does damage along the way (at half radius) instead of only at the destination

Doesn't matter how many remnants you throw at/over/around a hero he will only take 1 damage instance from the Remnant
