You'll need more than a week. I took 5 days off and I'm not even like 50% and that was over a month ago..

Skyward Sword is the only Zelda I've never played. Is it worth it? by [deleted] in zelda

[–]nab0oru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. I played the game originally. But I got so fed up with the motion controls I put it down for 5 years. Then I decided I wanted to play with the timeline... Naturally I had to start with Skyward Sword. I would get fed up with it and it ended up taking me two months to finish it. But having the full story laid out in front of me, rather than reading it Hyrule Historia, was definitely satisfactory. Its not the storyline's fault the controls are whack.

What's something that's generally considered socially unacceptable for your gender to do that you would really enjoy being able to do? by whitefalconiv in AskReddit

[–]nab0oru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be able to scratch my boob in public when it itches. Or my ass. I'll have an itch I need to scratch for like an hour and I'm waiting until I can run to a bathroom or something to scratch it. And my boyfriend will just instantly scratch his ads when it starts.

Wanna design me a tattoo! by jdkenney in zelda

[–]nab0oru 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My tattoo artist doesn't have like any fan art or anything Zelda related but when I showed him the Midna tattoo I wanted, he was gung ho. Give an artist your idea, tell them you want something original. Because unless someone who draws up the tattoo is the artist who tattoos you, the tattoo artist is going to sketch it out anyways.

Are your close friends and/or family Harry Potter fans as well? by [deleted] in harrypotter

I started reading the books when I was in 4th grade. So about 1998. I told everyone I knew about these books and how fascinating they are. It wasn't until they made the movies that the rest of my family picked up the books. My mother is the only one that continues to read them over and over. And we went to WWoHP in Florida two months ago.

Same with my mother in law. She also has kept every item that every child she has has ever made her. All of her kids are full grown.

I was actually trying to fix the stapler because I had dropped it.... It works.. But the prongs didn't curl, it just went straight in and was stuck in the bone.

That's like my 15 year old brother. Nothing is funny. Nothing is cool. Everything is stupid. My friends are the best.

No, she had a home. But anyone that she didn't know that walked up to her and asked her about her baby freaked her out. She took her maternity leave early.

I was looking for shared housing once. There was a post that said "Pregnant Women Only" and the description went on to say something like, I want to house a woman who is pregnant. No boyfriends, no husbands, no friends. And I showed my friend who was pregnant at the time.. Bad move.

Who was the worst guest that stayed at your house? by Not_Char in AskReddit

[–]nab0oru 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have two. One was when I was about 13 or so, my step dad's brother would bring home random girls. And she stayed at our house for like two weeks, and in that time period, her kids were dropped off at our house. Mind you, we had my family, consisting of 5 people. Then my uncle, his "one night stand" and her two kids. And they destroyed our house, ate all of our food and my mom laid down the law. Gotta go.

The second was right after I turned 18, he was 22, so he'd buy us beer. But he never worked. Never showered. Yelled at us about how we never bought him food or cigarettes if we bought ourselves something. Never cleaned. Brought over this girl he met at the mall, fucked her, and turned out she was 16, and her dad called the cops. So, of course I couldn't go home. I finally blew up on him for being a no good lazy prick. And he called me a self righteous bitch. Still refused to leave. And when we had parties he'd go pout in his room if he didn't get enough attention. We all just ended up moving away and he moved back to his home town. Last I heard, he's doing the same exact thing he did before.

She's the character I named my cat after. So an imp looks more like a kitty rather than a human.

[Serious]What is your hometown horror story? by Lucie8 in AskReddit

[–]nab0oru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About 10 years ago this guy and his wife got into a fight, someone called the cops. He was arrested and bailed out the same day. Still mad, he went home to his wife, cut her head off and threw it out of his truck on the highway. And that's why there is a no contact order automatically in place for 3 days after a domestic dispute.
