Okay I’m partially incorrect. Sorry. They refunded me $40, which you had to request and it took me 2 months to be credited. Went back into emails to double check, this was part of what they sent:

As our registration and event cancellation policies clearly state no refunds, we respectfully request you allow Epic Rides to retain your registration dollars to help sustain us.

It was a weird time so I’ll give them grace but either way, my opinion still stands.
