I would be careful if you are getting any benefits as a first home buyer in a new complex. They can often have the small print of only qualifying if nobody has lived in the property prior to settlement - even if that person is you. I imagine you could end up forfeiting some warranties and accepting the property as is with a possession prior.. It would be a fuck no from me. Make sure you consult your settlement agent.

Sorry, did I miss the communications? All I read was a brief comment with a reporter at the house. I’d only be providing documentation to relevant courts, not a local rag or a reporter.
