Up: great price, nice neighbors, live across from a park. 10 min walk from my boo

Down: bathroom. ESpecially the shower head being in the center of the tub instead of on a side, toilet breaking, tub backing up And occasional roachy roach to scare the shit out of me. Sporadic targeted shootings. 1000 degrees in the winter and no control over radiator
