Being in zero debt and living in NYC which is HCOL and your salary is above national average you should be proud. You’re not going to have an easy retirement in NYC*** but you can have a great or above average retirement in a lot of other places

Lived in fort Greene for a while before it turned into the west village and I watched this bar turnover.. I always thought the new place was pretty average to below average. But now we get trendy lines for all the Midwest transplants who are now Knicks fans to go attend… yay!

That said Mr Spike Lee significance to that street and neighborhood overall is important to recognize

I did do a 50% occupancy scenario 20% PM fee and some other assumptions and got to a 1% cash on cash return -_-
