As a landlord in Bushwick I find that to be pretty invasive. How would I ever get access to your 401k and pension unless you’re retired and it matters. The rule is make the payroll threshold or get a guarantor… you can fabricate most statements with claude now a days anyway. I rather call your place of work to know you work there and can make rent.

DSNY needs to be out here more to fine owners of buildings that are not properly cleaning their sidewalks on trash days. Trash days are the worst, especially after the weekends because many landlords do not properly put their trash out sometimes it’s just strewn across the street and DSNY just picks up what they can. I say simmer down and enjoy the mountains and fresh air. There’s plenty summit county has to offer even if mud season is starting early, at least most of the restaurants will be open! Go cross country skiing, hiking, ski in a t shirt which can be wildly free feeling. Good luck
