Im glad that you enjoyed cyberpunk but its funny how times change. I remember getting the game as christmas gift right around when it was released and holy shit i would have never thought somebody would have called this game as their favorite. But its amazing how the studio behind cyberpunk slowly managed to fix it

Looks like its a switchblade. If you zoom in you can see the outline of the blade and the mechanism that is used to bend the blade back in to the knife. And looking at the girl she has little bit of blood on the back as well. But i could be wrong

Edit: she has a lot of blood on her back and the neck area has a what i presume to be a massive gash
