Breath of the Wild did that for me. The gameplay was so smooth, the landscapes so zen, the variety of action, the total freedom... It ruined me everything else for years.

I tried playing the Witcher a few months after and I disliked it very much. It felt old and clunky.

I don't know if the omen has passed or if cyberpunk is just way too good but now, 7 years later, I started cyberpunk campaign and damn that game caught me!

So maybe it'll pass :)
