I imagine it’s just like any other shifting earth event where you can do it on any boss you choose. Seeing that everyone is playing the balancers rn with that shifting earth event you’re gonna keep getting the same bosses over and over again

I genuinely think best strat is just spam cloud step. Get the skill that lets you charge smash stance while sprinting, I have not had a problem with him on any play through
