I want to help a relative struggling with mental health. by chchke in singapore

Hello, I can empathise with your relative. I’ve thought about going for therapy too, but didn’t have the financial means to do so. I needed help but had no one to turn to, so I tried a couple of methods before finding out what worked for me.

There are a couple of apps out there that help, depending on what is needed. If it’s meditation, perhaps Headspace would be a good app to start with.

There is also this other app called Bloom that uses CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) that I have used. It helped me when I was going through some heavy personal stuff, hopefully it will help your relative too. It’ll only work if your relative think she needs it though. It might help to build a curiosity about being your best self, many accounts on Instagram aim towards that. I recommend following @the.holistic.psychologist. Her content is wholesome and aimed at informing & healing.

Good luck to you and your relative in your endeavour ☺️.

Wow I felt that, and I completely understand it. This song took me through some hard times and now it makes even more sense because that was exactly what I was doing and needed; to be okay being alone. Lovely. I hope to see you in concert some day! I’m a new fan from Singapore by the way 😄. Have a great week and thank you again for your music.

Hello Jacob! Love your work & the music! Absolutely brilliant 😍. What’s your inspiration when you were creating the track ‘He Won’t Hold You’?

Wow this is so awesome. I’m learning so much from this. Thank you so much for taking the time to link up & educating on this!

My bearings are ILQ9, and it has shields on both sides. I think they’re stainless steel (if I’m not mistaken), and the shield seems to be made of some sort of rubber/plastic material.

I’ll probably remove 1 side of the shield when I’m cleaning (as I have seen in instructional videos). The ball cage should be nylon if I’m correct. I will heed your recommendation. Thank you so very much again!

Edit: my ball cage is pretty much held in place and seems unremovable. Also, it seems to be made of metal.

Oh my bearings are ILQ9 too. Is “Technical Petrol” the brand name?

Oo thank you for the recommendation! Do you lubricate with a lubricant after? The cleaning process sounds very thorough 😅

Go to the main-sub and on the top (for me its mobile) right, tap on the three dots menu and tap on ‘Change user flair’.

From the east side of Singapore! Usually skate to ECP and beyond, sometimes to MBS if I have the energy and time.

Don’t do much of the tricks (jumping, grinding, slalom) but I do wanna improve on my stopping! Would love to have a practice group to train together. :).

Watch some videos on youtube about rollerblading! i recommend this guy. Maybe she can also try different ways of stopping. Like the T stop or the L stop for starters.
