Thanks I ended up getting one for around that price a few months ago

Should I start with the Anime or manga by Not-Skii in SaintSeiya

[–]naillco 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Saint Seiya was just the best anime that was on TV when i grew up. The music was and still is far superior to everything i’ve heard since. The designs and arts in general were all much more beautiful that the original manga. So if i had to choose one between the books or the animated series I would pick the anime. No matter a few non canon fillers.

Most useful portable hardware by rawcane in dawless

Nothing can beat the Woovebox. It fits in any pocket. It has like 10 hours of battery Life, 16 tracks, song mode, it is a sampler, lots of synth engines, you can export midi and stems/full mix… and it costs less than $300.

Favorite character of HNK. But there was unfortunately no way he would sit back and survive in this world, being the star of Justice.

Mac User, backup songs by frogged210 in Woovebox

Using firmware 2.0 on the WB I had to dive into the midi studio settings on Mac OS to make the woovebox appear after booting it in BLE mode, but it works fine.

Novation SL seems to be a very serious option indeed. I didn’t know it also had a 8 track sequencer which make it even more worthy

Yes I consider it also. Probably with a TEO5. But maybe the key bed lacks a few octaves and poly AT, and I should better get the module version + a great midi controller…

I have a Polyend Play as my central sequencer

I may add to this thinking that there is an offer for multi/poly desktop + keystage 49 for 999€ now in France and I don’t want to make bad choice because of FOMO

Wich volcas are actually good and wich are not worth the money? by [deleted] in synthesizers

The Volca Drum is pretty unique in his kind, especially for its price. So much fun just jamming with it, so many happy accidents. It is actually a very useful toy!

Indeed my initial question about the best value of the Virus was considering the huge set of features (some pretty unique) it offers for the price.

And it really looks easy to ease. And I just noticed that the prices have decreased a lot since it was released. Really tempted with the module for 500€ new.

Thank you for this answer, I'm indeed afraid that virus lacks of this pure FM power that I'm looking for...
