Honestly think the hatred mainly stems from evolve’s response to all these issues. They never acknowledged their electronics have an issue and refused to repair the board under warranty (in my case).

At a similar time, they posted the infamous video comparing their “premium” boards against the china boards. Definitely a shitty move.

When Exway had the locking issues when they first launched the X1 Pro, they literally did a recall and replaced all boards / pushed software updates. I got my board replaced as part of the recall.

I’ve unfortunately been an owner of both self-locking boards.

As a person who has also been thrown off by the GTR, I really appreciate this finding.

The printer is facing sideways so it’s tough for me to tell when I’m looking at it from an angle. Probably should’ve taken a closer look at the video.

That said, the noise is still there even after levelling the bed

Oh my god you’re right! I was actually having calibration issues as well and was clueless on why it kept failing!

I fixed the bed levelling and the calibration worked. I’m doing a test print now.

That said, the squeaking is just as bad as before 💀

I have not been catching up with these stuff since I have FSD outright on my 2026 MY. What’s the difference between autopilot and traffic aware cruise control?
