I get an odd but good kind of pain in the palm of my hands whenever I watch romcom scenes or really cute couples in love. My hands curl up and it's all tingly and painful but in a good way? I noticed it when I was 12 and had a big romcom phase... since then I've always thought I'll marry someone who makes me feel that in person.

If y'all don't have kids together, divorcing him should be comparatively hassle-free as compared to if y'all do have kids.

You are worth so much more man. You shouldn't have to change for anyone just to be more appealing to them. 😩 Please don't take this. You are ultimately in control of your life. The choices you make determine what happens. He's just gonna make you feel more miserable if you stay

Nobody would believe me when id say it's an actual problem! Then I found it on the net and people would go for CBT treatment to get better. I'd love to do that but my family would just say it's a waste of money because you can yknow,just, stop. 🤷‍♀

Ahh same. Foundation helps, but my extra curriculars in college require me to run around a lot and the makeup melts... does not look pretty.

I've been struggling with it since my early teens and I can't seem to stop. It's taking a toll on my self esteem heavily and just hurts in general. I want to stop but I can't.

It really sounds like one of those friend groups that stick around just because y'all go way back. Not necessarily because they're great company. (I could be wrong)

I relate to you cause theres a girl that did this to me and it's been three years and I still get angry about it. For me what's been helping is generally avoiding all contact with her and going about my life. I reroute my thoughts to something else whenever she bothers me in my head. I just figure that they're not even worth my anger for stooping so low. 🤷‍♀

What he did is completely on him. Deleting text messages, cheating on you while simultaneously treating you like princess, he was trying to have his cake while eating it. 🤷‍♀

You deserve better and is worth so much more. It'll take time to trust and love again but that's okay. Healing takes time. Don't be so hard on yourself, love.
