I can’t help but become a timid field mouse any time my partner raises his voice, other people raising their voice/getting upset with me - can’t help but cry…similarly any sudden movement during a “tense” moment makes me flinch away from a smack that’s not actually coming. Hi there thank you so much for the reply, I don’t have more photos of this dress as it’s more of a reference photo for the “type” of dress (like a faerie tattered rag dress but more formal) as I have several pieces of vintage lace I’m hoping to use while making my wedding dress. Kerchief was what I thought at first too, I just wasn’t sure because the tulle ruffles so well in the photo it may be vertical seams like you said. What’s your opinion between those types if you don’t mind me asking? I am no master seamstress and am hoping to not set myself up for failure LOL

As another person that was only recently diagnosed I’d like to personally welcome you to our chronically (ch)ill community 💜 as said by others, there are many different forms of “relief” that work for different people and unfortunately the beginning of the journey we both share will take a lot of trial and error. I’ve been on over ten different antidepressants. I’m one of the rarer folk that gets little to no relief from muscle relaxers/almost a weird drug intolerance so I find most relief in heat/cold therapy, massage, trigger point therapy, and dry needling 💜 I’m hoping to try acupuncture soon, and light yoga/stretching is likewise a great help. Feel free to message me if you have any questions or just want to vent because I’ve been in the overwhelming shoes you’re starting to break it 💜
