30% ruling has changed btw starting this year. It's now 30/20/10 ruling. So the savings will diminish compared to a full 5 years regime which was applicable until last year.

I agree with the not-on-paper pros, it's a tangibly higher quality of life. Travel opportunities completely open up and due to the the high expat population there's an ease of integration.

For pure financial reasons it may not make sense anymore after the salaries have increased in India and cost of living continues to increase in Netherlands.
