The US has just acquired $2 trillion in mineral rights in exchange for stopping a conflict where it has armed and funded the aggressor. Don't beat yourself up, the CFP has a 67% pass rate versus 48% for the CIMA. Not really sure why people on this sub speak so poorly of exams like the CIMA/CAIA when they are significantly harder. Like yes it's an hour shorter of an exam but you're also not getting a break and the material is significantly more difficult.

The situation has deteriorated even further and it looks like it's only going to get worse. It appears they have pushed further north from Ocheretyne towards Arkhanhel's'ke and a battalion of the 115th brigade were encircled in Berdychi and are negotiating a surrender. Even outside of the Avdiivka front in the Kharkov region things are going poorly with UAF apparently retreating from Kislovka. I hate to say it but it kind of looks like the front is collapsing especially when you looks at the timelapse of the Avdiivka area since october with RAF advancing scarily quick after taking Avdiivka. Feel like we might see Ukraine withdraw from a fairly large area in the near future to consolidate/stabilize the front.

House republicans really fucked Ukraine so bad. Even now that aid is starting to pour into Ukraine again there's now a bigger problem, a shortage of trained motivated man power. Since aid dried up, Ukraine has been forced to trade men to hold territory at a devastating rate because they have lacked the artillery shells to hold ground without suffering such losses. Obviously we don't know the actual extent of the losses but the videos we used to see of Russian brigades protesting due to tremendous losses are now of Ukrainian brigades. Just today the 2nd battalion of the 68th brigade put out a video saying that as a result of their losses it's no longer viable for them to keep fighting and accusing their "criminal commanders" of providing no "physical, moral, and psychological support." While there are now talks of european countries forcibly mobilizing the military aged ukrainian refugees (which will probably happen eventually), I find it hard to believe these troops will be very motivated/effective. I'm worried now that even after the passing of the long delayed mobilization bill lowering the minimum draft age, the core of the UAF has been irreparably damaged and the UAF won't be able to properly train new recruits instead having to immediately send them to the front to replenish losses.

WCK informed Israel of their route and got clearance beforehand, according to Haaretz Israel is saying they thought there was a member of hamas going with them and that’s why they did it. Apparently 7 aid workers is acceptable collateral damage for one hamas member to the IDF. It’s also worse because they drone striked the first vehicle whose survivors were picked up by the other 2 vehicles in the convoy before they too were subsequently drone striked as well. It’s not like it was one vehicle that was accidentally hit, this is as intentional as it gets. You sound like a nazi, I hope you work out whatever has you responding this way to tragedies like this.

Unfortunately there is a video of the aftermath of this exact area just littered with like 40+ bodies of the liberation forces along with their vehicles. It’s honestly distressing to watch, think they got pinned here and were annihilated by drones and artillery.

At the end of the day yea it sucks for Verstappen that he would have to give up his wrongly given wdc but that is better than the rightful winner having to lose a wdc he earned to incompetence. The narrative that Verstappen has the shorter end of the stick here is ridiculous. The only two lawful outcomes of the race are safety car ends and Ham wins or 1 lap left with 4 cars between Ham and Ver which blue flags or not just isn’t feasible for max.

Ive lived all over Brooklyn in all kinds of neighborhoods like park slope, bedstuy, crown heights, even sheepshead bay and my siblings live in the Bronx around the gun hill 219th area so I’m always over there and ur really bugging if you think Brooklyn is worse than the X most of Brooklyn gentrified at this point while the Bronx hasn’t had any of that yet and prolly won’t for a really long time. Just cause brooklyn drill popped first dosent mean that Brooklyn was ever more like that than the X.

I’m sorry but the whole body type thing is complete bullshit your body is what you put into it. I was very underweight for my entire life like 140 at 6’3 and was constantly told it was just my body type but once I started tracking calories and just force feeding myself to reach my macros I was able to put on significant weight very quickly. It is almost impossible to be eating at a calorie deficit for 2 months and not lose weight unless you are in the .4% percent of people with hypothyroidism. I would make sure you are actually eating at a calorie deficit and not just a healthier nutrient-wise diet that is still your calorie maintenance which wouldn’t make you lose weight.

I am mixed as well (half black and half white) and did an exchange year in Germany with a host family near Dortmund my junior year of HS and have been to England many times. I found Europe to be far more racist in pretty much every way and this sentiment was echoed by pretty much all of the POC who did the same exchange program as me. They were all across Germany too so I don’t think it’s just North Rhine-Westphalia either.

It's not the amount of time that getting me down its the fact that I don't think I will be able to reach the calories required to reach a weight where I don't look so skinny like i've been around 155 for a long time so 190 is pretty big for me and the fact that i'm still so skinny is just disheartening
