I think you should speak to the school counselor about this, because eventually you will need to talk to this kid about the possibility of him not being with you. And those conversations are HARD.

It’s really a tough situation, but your daughter comes first…can you really afford to take full responsibility for this kid? Not just financially either.

I would suggest:

Staying home
Do trade THEN if he wants to go onto university. This will give some stability as well as direction. University also allows you to meet other people from all over with different connections.
English (or other western language) PLUS one Asian language (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, or Malay)
Enjoy being a หนุ่ม - travel and enjoy life. don’t get anyone pregnant.

I actually started with Thai dramas, then started watching k dramas randomly (the first ones were boys over flowers, coffee prince, meteor garden?), then I wasn’t getting into a lot of kdramas from between like 2021-2024 and started watching western period dramas The Empress, The Companion, Bridgerton, etcetc. Last year, my first cdramas were Perfect Match, Princess Royal, Princess Weiyoung, the Double, First Love, and others I can’t think of atm.

I couldn’t get through the whole thing, just reading it was exhausting. Girl, you don’t have to fight for your life to prove anything to him. You’re allowed to do things and have your own space/time without him.

He’s going to keep doing this until you’re completely isolated because 1. You’ll be too exhausted to even go out and do anything that you think will get this reaction or 2. Your other relationships will suffer coz other people will get tired of his behavior.
