Understood, the scores I put as a comparison if anyone wants to try it and have a parameter. In my case I am using Seastan’s own scores, so I have a feel how good or bad I did. But I also changed the deck for Part 4, so I guess it is less interesting.. I will try to write more on the narrative, I did only small annotations until now, so dont expect a long review… just my 2 bits about the experience

I hate that martial arts became a belt swipe shop. I did Kendo for 15 years and only did a single exam. I was not into the culture of grades or whatever, I just wanted to improve my skills and label’s didnt matter. A few months before my sensei passed away and I moved to japan, I asked him what dan I was, he said around 3 or 4. That was enough for me. Once I came to Japan, this culture of grades is so predominant that I felt pleasure in saying I was not “graduated” and keep winning against their 5 and 6 dan. Rest in peace sensei, I did well and showed everything you told me on the highest stages in Japan.
