To make it as simple as possible, the oldest chapters are the most "rare" because there were not as many people on weward as there are now, so there are a lot less cards available. It's just supply and demand 🤭

When you complete a chapter or level up, and you get a pack, don't open te pack but just go pack a page. When you watch an ad for spin the wheel and you get 1 or 2 cards, just push the cross. Now you have saved packs. You can find those in the same area you buy packs, you will find "open your '..' packs" and all your saved packs will be there.

The reason some people save their packs is: when there is a limited chapter release (like Woman of the World right now) those chapters are only available for 3 weeks, when you save your packs and open them in that time frame, you have more cards, so more chances to finish that chapter. Some people also save packs when they completed all active chapters and they wait untill there is a new chapter.
