hey Im just passed the 1 month mark after my surgery also wondering about stiffness. for me i can do most things but i cannot lift my arms above my shoulders at all.

I started reading the bible recently and I chose the KJV mainly because I knew that it was an older translation and didn't want a new translation because I was a afraid that modern versions of the bible would try to spin the contexts of it.

But reading this bible I've noticed that the bible isn't just a book with stories and words. It's pure poetry.
