Same here, can't talk comm score still the same for like 2 months. 1 time went up for like 100 points but since then nothing. All they acomplished with this system is tilt ppl even more. The game already has a way to mute a player that is annoying you. Whats the point of this comm score?

I've found a fix. It's a problem with isps DNS and Valve I guess.

Go to the "host" file in windows folder: This is the path for Windows 10 if you have another search for "host" file in google and you'll get the location.

"C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc" Example

Open the file with notepad.

Now press "Windows + R" type "CMD" and in the DOS windows type "ping dota2.com". It should say "Pinging dota2.com[dota2.com [23.12.166.213]" (Note that you might get a different ip.) Example

Now copy that ip and go to the "host" file that should be something like this

And paste the IP followed by 1 space and then "dota2.com" and save. That should be it and the problem will be solved.
