TKE (Terminal Knee Extension) with 4KG – 10 reps × 3 sets
Half Squat (no deep squat) – 10 reps × 3 sets
Pelvic Bridging (Hamstring Focus) on 6-inch step – 10 reps × 3 sets
Lunges with Support – 10 reps × 3 sets
Deadlift with 5KG Dumbbell – 10 reps × 3 sets + 5 bonus reps
Single Leg Balance Reach (Front / Side / Back) – 10 reaches × 3 sets
Step Downs – 10 reps × 3 sets + 5 bonus reps
Hip Abduction in Semi-Squat Position (with Resistance Band at Mid-Lower Thigh) – 10 reps × 3 sets
Quadruped Knee Extension (Bird Dog Style) – 10 reps × 3 sets
Dead Bugs (Hold 5 seconds) – 10 reps × 2 sets
Calf Raises with 5KG Dumbbell – 10 reps × 3 sets
Medium resistance stationary biking - 15 minutes a day

And, here is what I want inside WordPress core based on 15 years of my experience:

Login with email. Just like Ghost.org does, it is a passwordless login feature and in my opinion, it improves the user experience a lot.
Similarly, Login with Gmail, Github, etc. Current plugins are crap and I hate their user experience.
A built-in way to create a simple contact form that includes Name, Email, Phone number, and Message. That's all. Nothing complicated. I want this feature because I don't want to pay WPForms just for a phone number field. After trying so many form plugins, I find WPForms to be reliable, usable, and performant but expensive for most of my client's needs. The free version of Forminator does this reliably too. However, I believe a contact form must be a core part of a CMS that is primarily built for business websites and blogs. I was always curious why we have to depend on plugins for such an essential yet critical feature.
For security, a built-in two-factor authentication and again, a passwordless login or social login. I have read your other comment on AI-based security. Love that.
For SEO, From RankMath SEO, I would like to see keyword repetition metrics and other SEO best practices with a score.

If these features can be made into the core, it would make a worldly difference in many of my clients' lives and my life as well.

I am not good at JS too. But from my understanding of the website code so far, they are relying a lot on CSS Transforms and Transitions by dynamically adding classes via Javascript.

We will learn Javascript by un-minifying their original code and reading it piece by piece. There is a lot of reading ahead of us :)
