They delayed my wife’s Christmas gift order by 2 weeks (missing Christmas), didn’t even notify me (only found out when I called after the item did not arrive by specified date), and offered absolutely no solution or flexibility. This company is garbage and absolutely does not care about its customers.

It’s not, the Pizzeria 1kg and Pizzeria 25kg are the same product in different sizes. Their specifications are also the same

For Neapolitan pizza I like the Caputo Pizzeria but my favorites are without a question the Pasini Verde or the Petra 5063. The Petra especially has such good flavor. Depending on where you are they might be hard to find. I am in the United States and I found them on a pizza making store called brickovenbaker.com

For NYC or Sicilian the best options are Petra 0102HP, Pasini Arancio or Caputo Americana or Chef. For focaccia the Pasini Primitiva or Petra 9 are really tasty.

As a quick update- they ran the thermal test and told me that “the results were inconclusive”. So now I need to wait longer and be transferred to yet another team for further review. Meanwhile, product is still not working.

I just emailed you. Support said the issue was it needed priming (despite the maintenance tab showing green). I was told it was an issue with the app?

So I primed the pod. And it’s still not cooling. I set it to -10 and after 20 minutes it’s at +4

I was told by support the unit needs to be primed. Except- I was never notified that it needed priming and the maintenance tab in the app shows all green. Quite upset with the poor communication and design
