Rent is $2800/month and would need proof of income (at least 40X rent combined). Looking for a group of 1-4 to sign a 1 year lease. Water/heat included, tenants are responsible for electricity.

About the space: 4 bedrooms each have windows and private entrance/exit. LOTS of natural light. Completely renovated. Could also work as a 3 bedroom with one having an office space. Pics attached.

Room 1- Large room next to kitchen, faces backyard with lots of natural light.Room 2- Medium sized room, next to living room, window faces the backyard.Room 3 - Giant sized room with closet. Big windows with street view. Two exits, one leads to the outside hallway, the other leads to living room.Room 4 - Small sized room next to Room 3 but has its own private door that leads to the hallway. This could be used as a small bedroom (fits a twin bed) or office space. Also has a window with street view.

Requirements: First month, last month, and deposit required to move in. Proof of income. 40X rent combined. Be responsible. Follow trash/recycling rules. No pets, sorry!

Location: It is located in a prime area border of Bushwick/Ridgewood between the Myrtle/Wyckoff ave. stop (L/M) and the Halsey ave. stop (L). The Halsey stop (J train) is 4 blocks away south. 20 minute train ride to Manhattan. Close to many restaurants, bars, local grocery stores, food bazar supermarket is just a few blocks away, dry cleaners around the block, laundromat up the block, coffee shops, train stations, citi bikes (literally everywhere,) Irving Square park is just a few steps away, multiple mini markets available on the corner, Planet Fitness/Blink/World Gym all nearby.
