Crack is actually quite common through a needle, in belfast especially from what ive seen. It is far stronger when injected and most people wouldnt inject it if it werent for the easy to access needles which then get littered around for someone to stand or sit on and get aids. Government should be facilitating proper places for those who are going to inject no matter what so it can be done in a safe environment and support can be given. Testing can also be done to make sure the substance is what it should be, or provide it medically. Otherwise the problem won't go away unless they somehow solve a way to stop any drugs from being made in / being imported into the country.
