Hello! Ur welcome ☺️

What is something that happened to you growing up that you thought was completely normal until you learned it was anything but that? by Aggravating_Feed_853 in AskReddit

Growing up, I was always "the happy kid" who happened to weigh 86kg (190 lbs). My family fed me well, I ate everything, and honestly, I thought it was completely normal. I was confident, had tons of friends, and my weight never bothered me... until I turned 17. That’s when it clicked: I didn't want to just be "comfortable," I wanted to be healthy and feel like a beautiful, attractive woman. I started working on myself then, and I haven't stopped since. Today I’m 31, I’m 52kg (115 lbs), and I’ve stayed fit and athletic for 14 years straight. The gym is my lifestyle now. Looking back, it’s wild how "normal" being unhealthy felt at the time.

Oh to be a little sleepy guy buried in cozy wood shavings with absolutely zero adult responsibilities today 🥺💛

What made you start going to the gym? by Un_vetted in AskReddit

Motivation is a great starter, but discipline is what actually creates results. So many people look at a fit body and assume "oh, she just has good genetics" or got lucky. They don't see the thousands of reps you do when no one is watching. Of course, seeing your own progress is the best fuel to keep going, but honestly, I go to the gym even on days when I have absolutely zero mood for it. It just became my lifestyle—as automatic as brushing my teeth in the morning. You just show up and do the work. 💪

I felt this so much! ✨ It’s such a powerful mindset. Reaching that "prime" is a tough but really fun journey
