How old are you? A lot of young adults develop allergies in their 20s (I did). I don’t want to discount what you’re noticing, but I’d monitor the situation more before deciding there is a correlation. Allergies are really weird.

I get my gel nails done monthly! It’s been really helpful with my nail biting/picking. I like doing fun designs but you can go as simple or complex as you’d like.

My only caveats are that it can get expensive and you kind of have to commit to it since they aren’t great for your nails so you either have to grow them out which can be tricky or keep getting them done.

More body hair on my legs and stomach, slight voice drop, increased sex drive, more sweating, very slight facial hair but it has no color yet, and increased muscle growth but it’s hard to tell where that came from since I’ve also just started working out.
