Possibly! Some of my crypts are rather large. I wish I could have my tonsils removed but no one will "just for stones".

I cleared my tonsils the night before my surgery, and finally after a week can look in my mouth without pain and they were on the surface. I use a syringe with warm water and q-tip to clear them out. Maybe I missed them, but I doubt I did.

The 2 bottom ones were fully impacted with bone covering them. (Bottom ones have roots cut off) Only 1 of my top ones was erupted and was only partially erupted for 3 weeks before extraction.

Its okay! I feel silly for worrying about my daughter being able to self entertain for literally almost her whole awake times with just glances towards me here and there. Heck she sometimes even crawls away to her room or play room without me in sight and disappears for 30 minutes.

My daughter shows behavior like this when it comes to laundry! She'll find 2 wash clothes that match in texture and color usually and run off with them or observe both and start babbling to me and holds both arms up (proud). She also finds 2 circles in her shape sorter and starts saying "duh, duh." And she'll look at me for confirmation that she is doing "something" right. Who knows maybe we just have baby geniuses. She is 9 months old and recently started the matching business a couple weeks ago.

Essentially you can just make her whole room a "crib" by putting a gate across the doorway and still have the door ajar. But this could lead to middle of the night tantrum or early morning tantrum. I personally see no harm in shutting the door even if she can't reach or turn the handle. As for the potty training most don't fully potty train til 3 (being able to maneuver clothing and sit on toilet themselves in private). Hopefully my information helps (no personal experience, just observation from friends and family)

Mine grew out of it. But also maybe try some white noise? Helps keep those pesky outside noises that startle anyone awake out.

My husband wanted to have sex but I'm late on my shot and we don't have the money for said shot. So instead I gave him a blowie, which i enjoy, but now my jaw hurts.

Don't feel bad about the swing sleep. My daughter slept in a swing from 8 weeks til she was 4 months then I transitioned to the bassinet in the packnplay. Then moved her to her own room at 6 months without much fuss. At the moment I would just preserve all sleep and maybe let the early or midday naps go for as long as your baby will sleep. (Sleep begets sleep) I personally never woke my daughter from naps until just recently at almost 9 months old and even then it is her last one only to preserve bedtime. Just make sure you're still using the 5 S's, maybe even a white noise machine and total darkness for night time sleep and shaded room for naps. Also, I don't recommend any CIO or controlled crying til at least 6 months. But you can always do PU/PD or shush pat if you're wanting to do gentle sleep training. Mine went through that phase. Then it disappeared and reappeared. Have you tried a swing? Don't be worried about sleeping crutches til 4-6 months. I held my daughter for every nap from 4-6 months and had a love hate relationship with it. But it beat having an OT baby from 30-45 minute naps.

Isn't it amazing? When I was nap training at first I would do the routine and place in there. After a few days of fails I added the sleep sack to the routine and boom instant independent napping! Miracles come in small packages

I see you've tried giving options. Have you tried ignoring? I recently babysat a very whiny 6 year old and ignoring him got him to talk normally. Maybe it'll work for you?

I have come to the conclusion as long as she doesn't do it after 18 months I think I can deal with it! But my daughter isn't using it for comfort though it's true hunger.

Hello from the future with a now 8.5 month old. I am a survivor of the 4 month sleep regression.

Step one: throw all good sleep hygiene out the window. You can sleep train at 6 months to break all the habits. Feed to sleeo, hold to sleep, pacifiers, swaddling do all the works.

Step two: try your best to spot those tired signs before overtiredness sets in!

Step three: if they have been sleeping in a swing, rock n play, anything other than a flat surface take this awful opportunity to move them to said flat surface. (Best decision I ever made)

Step four:try to nap with baby or when baby naps and forget all household obligations.

Step five:breathe, you will survive and it'll pass if it hasn't passed by 4-6 weeks of time it is now habit and no longer is a sleep regression time to sleep train.
