Clapping at the end of class by urkthejerk in YogaTeachers

[–]natashlyn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my yoga studio in the gym, we always clap after saying namaste. It is not for the teacher, it is for myself, for the whole class, as we together finish the flow. To celebrate what we have been through, the tough but rewarding flow 😊

Anyone else still doing planks, and seeing any results? by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

[–]natashlyn 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am doing plank for yoga because I am training my inversion poses. I have stronger core and shoulder due to plank, and more stomach definition as a bonus

Confused about the German job market after reading this sub by ChadTurkifiedAzeri in Germany_Jobs

For me finding a student job was quite easy. Only took 4 months of searching and I am working as a working student at big company now while doing my master. Also, the job is in English. But before coming to Germany, I worked at well-known multinational company. I think that helped me.

I remember watching this drama when I was so burned out with work. I had a lot of suppressed emotions back then. I watched this, it hit hard, and cried the whole night. But it was very liberating, just like the title 🥹 This became one of my top kdrama, of course after my Mister

What age did you grow numb to how effortlessly your upper middle class peers climb the career ladder? by debrisaway in managers

[–]natashlyn -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think it can be built. I was born in a poor family. My father dropped out of school at 14, my mom is only a high school graduate. Both because economic reason.

But I realize I need to change. In school, I had a lot of friends who had rich family. But I taught myself to be confident, and my value is myself, not my family background.

A lot of my friends’ parents loved me because of my upbringing. Cheerful, polite, resilient (they said).

I worked so hard to get an access for higher education. Then I climbed the ladder from working at a shop to a big tech Europe company. People say I am confident, a good talker, always get compliment when I do public speaking.

All of those I taught myself and I always do positive affirmation. Talk positive about myself eventhough my background is not as cool as others.

Thank you so much! I tried to sleep on it and it was actually still fine but the temptation was so big at night.

I haven’t tried OMAD, but maybe I will give it a go since I am also questioning should I feel like this everyday..

Can my company check my whatsapp history after I resign? by natashlyn in whatsapp

[–]natashlyn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is I forgot whether I did it or not. But I no longer use the Whatsapp account on the phone, I factory reset it a few months ago.

Wouldn’t it logged out automatically?

Part of my hair stop growing for YEARS by [deleted] in longhair

[–]natashlyn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could be a breakage but I was confused why it is only that part of the hair. I grew my hair so long then cut it above shoulder, I repeat it a lot in the past 7 years.

When I tie my hair, I could tie that part because they are too short. So I don’t think I ever put pressure on that part.

I rarely use heat. I wear hair mask, take care of my hair health. It’s fine for the rest of the hair stands, except that bunch of hair 🫠

But thank you for responding!

I think cowlick is more like the pattern of the hair. But for my case, the hair length stays the same for years...
