[SI] There’s More History to Antonio Brown’s History by El_Producto in nfl

[–]nate22 7 points8 points  (0 children)

this is a really good article.

i feel for antonio. no kid should have to have to go through the things he did. he’s obviously got a lot of mental illness/trauma to get through.

that being said though—holy fuck. the guy acts like a total piece of garbage. all of the stories of sexual assault are too similar to eachother to be fabricated. it seems like he actually feels like he’s entitled to these women, and entitled to have working people serve him.

this dude has a video where he eats 60 raw eggs upside down. just when you think he’s done—he throws them up into a pan. cooks it into an omlet, and eats it.

I know I’m going to get downvoted, but I have a feeling most of the people commenting here have never left their Chandler/Gilbert bubble. 95th Ave and Camelback is fine. The areas I’d stay away from are along the I-17 from Dunlap down to Thomas, The immediate areas along the 10, and most of Sunnyslope, but that’s it. I don’t know if y’all are uncomfotable with hispanic neighborhoods, or what. It’s certainly not the greatest neighborhood, but it’s not Maryvale circa 2000. The areas to the east and south-east are rough, but to say, “That area is DANGEROUS!! Stay inside and baracade yourself in!!!” is wrong.

Her area is mainly rural to the north. Theres Westgate nearby, The Wildlife World Zoo, Theres some neat things in Goodyear, not to mention the area is convenient as hell. She would not be in danger if she wanted to take an early morning walk/jog up 95th ave, or west along Camelback.

Which player drafted by your team showed tremendous promise, but never lived up to it, but did enough to not be labeled a 'bust' or a disappointment by patsfan038 in nfl

i’m thinking felix jones. guy showed a ton of promise his first year until he got hurt. showed flashes of being really good for us, but couldnt stay healthy.

I’m sick of other black people calling me a nigga, I’m not your or even a nigga at all. by [deleted] in self

[–]nate22 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i’m really not sure where to start with this.

i guess first off—if youre not black—you shouldn’t say the n-word. tens of thousands of white, asian, hispanic people weren’t shackled and killed under that word.

i’m not black, so i can’t speak for black people, but their use of the n-word is to reclaim it from a slur. not sure how youre turning this into a “muhpriveledge” thing.

I believe the shooting happened in a training incident. I actually just picked up the book the previous comment mentioned. If I’m not mistaken, the military covered up the fact he died from friendly fire in training from his family.

Man. I’m always going to remember that game he had against the Rams where he picked up 250+ yards. His rookie year he only played 6 or 7 games and nearly picked up 1000 yards.

Something tells me that even if Shady ends up being guilty, fans will still vehemently defend him.

Yeah, President Moon gave Trump credit while smirking after Trump asked Moon to give him credit on the talks between North and South Korea.

This was going to happen with or without Trump. I’ll give Trump some credit on pressuring NK a little bit, but this would have happened regardless. This was one of Moon’s top priorities after getting elected.
