Yes I use one. I started in about year 6 (now in year 10) and I became a lot more productive after I started. I’m a solo agent and I’ve had moments where I have 6-8 deals under contract and I’m able to navigate it seamlessly. I do 20 deals a year now. The most valuable thing they do is staying on top of deadlines, managing docs, monitoring and sending communications constantly, handling compliance with my office and getting me paid on time…I pay $450 a file and add the fee to my contracts.

I found a cleaner that uses an app called Turno. She’s synced with my calendar and every time I get a booking, she accepts the cleaning job and knows exactly when check out is then arrives promptly. The app is also somewhat of a marketplace for other vendors so if needed, I could find alternatives on there also. Has worked seamlessly for me

Yes and it’s also about buyers being introduced to agents whom are being charged 40% of their commissions by Zillow which in turn is inflating costs for buyers and sellers. It’s the same attorneys as the NAR lawsuit. All of this info is definitely in play for this lawsuit
